The collar, waist, belt and other parts of the garment need a stiff style effect, and the single-layer 30D and 50D woven interlining cannot achieve the stiff effect. Many customers choose to add 2 layers of interlining, which is more troublesome.
Hand feel M, H series
Women's chiffon or very light fabrics, use conventional thin linings. After bonding, glue penetration often occurs and the appearance is affected.
Anti-penetration rubber interlining B series
Conventional interlinings generally contain fluorescent agents, and infants and children's clothing or brand customers with special regulations must use surface accessories that do not contain fluorescent agents.
Non-fluorescent interlining W series
Some brand customers have special requirements for the phenolic yellowing resistance of surface accessories, which needs to reach level 4 or above, which cannot be met by conventional interlinings.
Phenol yellowing resistant interlining F series
When encountering difficult-to-iron fabrics, use conventional elastic woven interlining, which has poor fastness after bonding, and is easy to foam and fall off when washed. Or it fails to meet the numerical requirements of brand customers' adhesion fastness.
Strong Adhesive Interlining AQ Series
There are special coating substances on the surface of coated fabrics, which are generally invisible to the naked eye. With conventional stretch spun linings, bonding is difficult or water washes off after bonding.
Special interlining for coated fabrics AU, AM series
The conventional sticking lining temperature conditions need about 130-140 ℃. Some small parts of clothing styles need to be pressed with an electric iron, or some fabrics (such as PU leather) can only be pressed at 100-120°C.
Low temperature interlining AD series
The thin fabric sticks to the lining, which is prone to orange peel points, which will affect the appearance of the fabric.
