Adhesive interlining: Adhesive interlining is a lining made by applying hot melt adhesive to the base fabric (base cloth), so it is also called hot melt standing lining. Knitted station interlining: knitted station interlining includes warp knitted interlining and weft knitted interlining, with better elasticity and dimensional stability, mostly used in knitted and elastic garments, such as shirts, summer sets of skirts, etc. Most of the warp-knitted linings are made of polyester or nylon filament knitted fabric and cotton or viscose fibres for the weft yarn of the weft-knitted fabric coated with hot melt glue, whose performance is similar to that of woven bonded linings. Weft knitted lining is made of nylon filament weft knitted fabric coated with hot melt adhesive.
Non-woven bonded lining: non-woven bonded lining also known as non-woven village, is made of viscose, polyester, nylon, polypropylene and other non-woven fabrics coated with hot melt adhesive, light weight, no shrinkage, not off, easy to use, the price will be declared, good conformability. However, compared with woven and knitted fabrics, the non-woven fabric has the disadvantages of uneven surface, poor gloss, poor thickness and weight uniformity, low strength, poor durability and poor drapability. The type and performance of the hot melt adhesive coated on the backing are different, and the case is different in terms of the process conditions of the lining, taking performance and the object of use.
Adhesive lining selection basis: according to the style of clothing, lining parts, clothing performance and washing conditions selection; consider the fabric and lining of the match; must fully understand the type of adhesive lining, hot melt adhesive performance and processing conditions, consider the clothing wear life.
