Types of coated fabrics

PA coating

Also known as AC rubber coating, i.e. acrylic coating, is the most common and most common type of coating, which increases the feel, windproof and drapey after application.

PU coating

This is a polyurethane coating which gives the fabric a rich, elastic feel and a film-like surface after application.

Down-proof coating

This is the down-proof coating, which prevents down from running after coating and is suitable for making down jacket fabrics. However, PA coatings with water pressure requirements are now also called down-proof coatings.

PA white rubber coating

This is a white acrylic resin coating on the surface of the fabric, which increases the coverage of the fabric, does not transmit colour and makes the colour of the fabric more vivid.

PU white rubber coating

This is a white polyurethane resin coating on the surface of the fabric, which is basically the same as the PA white glue, but the PU white glue coating has a richer feel, more elasticity and better fastness.

PA silver glue coating

The surface of the fabric is coated with a layer of silver glue, which makes the fabric have the function of blackout and radiation protection, generally used for curtains, tents and garments.

PA silver glue coating

The basic function is the same as PA silver coating. But PU silver coated fabric has better elasticity and better fastness, for tents and other fabrics requiring high water pressure, PU silver coated is better than PA silver coated.

Pearlescent coating

By pearlescent coating on the surface of the fabric, the surface of the fabric has a pearl-like lustre and is available in silver and white and coloured. It makes a very beautiful garment. There are also PA pearlescent and PU pearlescent, PU pearlescent is flatter and brighter than PA pearlescent, and has a better sense of film, more "pearl leather film".

Flame retardant coating

This kind of coated flame retardant fabric is used more often on tents and car jackets, and at present it is mainly developed and promoted by Xinxiang Xinxing Company.
